    • Equipment remains the property of Zero Three Party Hire until fully paid.
    • The customer is responsible for equipment while in their possession.
    • Any damage, loss, or theft may incur additional charges.
    • Cancellation fees may apply — full deposit refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date; 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 14–30 days before.
